Find your path to well-being
Within my clinical work, I am committed to holding a compassionate and collaborative environment for all clients to promote emotional exploration, as well as to identify and achieve their therapy goals. Your therapeutic journey is tailored to you and driven by your own personal needs. By working closely with you, I aim to create an environment that fosters growth and empowers you to take the necessary steps towards positive change.
My practice is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and a multicultural lens. I invite work with adults and adolescents from all walks of life and backgrounds, and I also work closely with BIPOC and AAPI individuals to uncover and evolve through challenges stemming from generational trauma and minority stress.
